Drapalski Consulting’s journey to success is rooted in Ross’s early experiences. Born in New York and raised in Texas, he developed a passion for numbers, strategy and enjoying life with great people. After earning his accounting degree in Denton, Texas, Ross set his sights on a global career. For nearly a decade, Ross worked alongside great people, executives, auditors, and investors, leading high-stakes projects across multiple verticals. In 2025, with his wife’s encouragement, Ross started his own brand, an honest venture in the heart of the Ostwestfalen-Lippe area. Since then, hard work and sound business practices, plus placing incredible value on the customer experience, have contributed to the growth of Drapalski Consulting, With deep expertise, a hands-on approach, and a global perspective, Drapalski Consulting does not just listen to customers—we invent on their behalf.
